IKEA “Desktop”

Family Card owners found a CD-Rom in their mailbox one day. It contained an easy to install program that transformed their desktop into an IKEA office environment. The desktop background, which showed a real IKEA office, could be assigned a function to each piece of furniture, each shelf and each utensil. The wall cabinets became computer folders into which documents could be dragged, a click on the phone and Skype opened, a click on the radio and iTunes started and the notebook became a Word program.
